What are the size requirements?

MUTCD requires paddles to be octagonal, at least 18" wide, with letters at least 6" high.

What are the color standards?

STOP face must be white letters/border on red; SLOW face must be black letters/border on orange.

Paddles must be retroreflectorized (e.g., Diamond Grade) when used at night or in low-light conditions.
