Refund & Returns Policy
At Eastern Metal Signs & Safety, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products for all customers within the United States.
1. Return Window & Item Condition
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all products must be returned in New condition only. This means the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Return an Item
We strive to make the return process as convenient as possible. You may return your items using any of the following methods:

By mail: Send the item back using the provided shipping label.

At a drop-off location: Drop the packaged item off at the designated carrier location.

In store: Bring the item directly to our physical location.
3. Return Shipping Labels & Fees
Return shipping is completely Free for our customers. A prepaid return shipping label is included in the package with your original order.
We do not charge any restocking fees (No cost).
4. Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges. If you need to swap a new, unused item for a different variation or product, please utilize the included return label to send the original item back, and contact our team to initiate the exchange process.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will immediately initiate your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund processing time to be completed and for the funds to appear in your account.
