Installing a Lexan Pocket into a Roll Up Signs

• Position the Pocket Place the pocket in the designated corner of the roll-up. • Mark Hole Locations Using a pen, trace the outer edges of the pocket. Also, mark the locations of the holes inside the pocket. • Punch the Holes Using a punch tool or similar implement, create holes at the marked locations. • Align the Velcro Strap Position the Velcro strap so that its outermost hole aligns with the corresponding hole on the roll-up. • Reposition the Pocket Place the pocket back on top, ensuring all holes (including those on the Velcro and roll-up) are properly aligned. • Insert Rivets Insert both rivets through the aligned holes. • Attach the Backing Plate On the underside of the roll-up, place the plastic backing plate over the rivets. • Add Washers Slide a washer onto each rivet from the underside. • Secure with Rivet Gun Use a rivet gun to fasten both rivets securely in place.
